I offer an initial 15 minute free consultation, via phone or online, for you to ask questions you may have, any requirements and expectations, ultimately for you to decide whether counselling is what you need.
 
I can offer face to face in person sessions from my counselling space in central Plymouth, as well as online counselling via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp and Teams.
